Working with reluctant, resistant or poorly motivated people
A half- or (preferably) one-day training session to give participants an idea of why people may be reluctant, resistant or poorly motivated, and what they can do about it. NB the “reluctant, resistant or poorly motivated people” in question could equally be service users or members of staff.
Staff members of any grade, but it is helpful if all participants have something in common with each other (eg they are all working with the same sorts of service user groups, or they are all supervising junior members of staff etc)
Venue and timings
Your own training room; we suggest 10.00am–4.30pm (9.30am–12.30pm or 1.30pm–4.30pm for half-days)
