We believe that e-learning can complement traditional face-to-face training. For some people e-learning is more appropriate, and for others face-to-face training is more appropriate. Or of course you could use a mixture of both.

What equipment do I need
Please click here to check that our e-learning courses will work properly on your computer. For best results you need a "proper" computer such as a laptop or desktop. Mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones tend not to have the necessary software for the courses to run correctly.
Our e-learning courses are divided into three categories:
- General health and social care topics (including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Deprivation of Liberty
Safeguards and Safeguarding)
- Specific conditions (including Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome)
- Other professional topics (including Data Protection, Health & Safety and Manual Handling)
Please scroll through the grids below for more information. There are several demonstration versions available so please feel free to try any of these to get an idea of how the courses work. But remember the courses generally don't work properly on iPhones and iPads. Clicking on the "More info" buttons will open a PDF document containing full details of each course content.
